Dalhousie Lodge Chinese New Year Gala

Chinese New Year marks renewal, continuity, and the strengthening of relationships. The Year of the Horse is traditionally associated with energy, confidence, and forward momentum—qualities well suited to an evening centered on fellowship, conversation, and shared celebration.

The gala will feature a traditional ten-course Chinese New Year banquet, served family-style to encourage a relaxed and communal dining experience. Courses will be presented throughout the evening, allowing time to enjoy the meal, the company at the table, and the rhythm of the celebration as it unfolds. In addition to the banquet, the evening will include various traditional entertainments.
